Jayden Lee, Radnor
Curtis Nelson, Ridley: Wrestler of the Year
Jayden Lee, Radnor: The junior went 31-11. He qualified for and won a bout at states, a journey that included a pin of Nelson at Regions. He finished second and was 3-1 at Regions, after having finished second at the District 1 North championships. With a career record of 58-30, he finished fourth at 114 pounds in the final Pa Wrestling rankings.
Cole McFarland, Haverford: The four-time All-Delco went 19-1 on the season. He qualified for states three times, finishing fifth at 106 pounds in 2022. At 121 pounds this year, McFarland qualified but didn’t wrestle at regionals at 121 pounds after winning the District 1 south title. He compiled a career record of 95-19.
Ethan Bliss, Garnet Valley: The senior went 30-10 at 152 pounds to qualify for regionals. He finished fourth at the D1 West event to complete a 97-38 career record. He is a Pa Wrestling all-academic honoree.
Paxton Hunt, Garnet Valley: With a record of 31-11, the sophomore qualified for states at 160 pounds. He finished fifth at Regionals and second at the District 1 West championships. Hunt has a career record of 58-24. He was named honorable mention at 160 pounds by Pa Wrestling as well as an All-Academic honoree.
Michael Spielman, Strath Haven: The sophomore went 40-4 and already has 65 career victories. He qualified for states, where he finished eighth, winning two matches before falling in an injury default. The District 1 South champion is ranked second in the state in his weight class and was also a Pa Wrestling All-Academic selection.
Dylan Bledsoe, Garnet Valley: The heavyweight is on the first team for the second straight year. As a senior, Bledoe went 24-10 to finished with a career 58-21 record. He won two matches at regionals after finishing second at District 1 West. He is an honorable mention pick by Pa Wrestling at 285 pounds.
