The following players from the Central League were named to the All Main Line Teams.
First Team
Martin Dorsey, Conestoga — Senior 6-foot-5, 190-pound wide receiver, a first team All-Central League selection, grabbed 48 receptions for 837 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Parke Schweider, Conestoga — Senior 6-foot-1, 205-pound running back and linebacker was a powerful runner in the Pioneers’ attack, gaining 1,151 yards in 188 carries and scoring 15 touchdowns. Was first team All-Central League selection at running back.
Eddie Jean, Conestoga — Senior 6-foot-2, 205-pound linebacker and fullback was a tough defender for the Pioneers, making 90 tackles (23 solo), with several for a loss and several sacks as well. Received second team All-Central League honors at linebacker.
Sam Schlichting, Harriton — Senior was potent two-way threat for the Rams — was a first team All-Central League tight end, making 55 catches for 723 yards, and received All-Central honorable mention at linebacker. Will attend Colgate University on a football scholarship.
Jack Donaghy, Haverford High — Junior quarterback, a first team All-Central League selection, was Fords’ Most Valuable Player, leading all Delaware County passers with 1,656 yards, including 16 touchdown strikes.
Nick Costello, Haverford High — Senior 6-foot-5, 205-pound wide receiver was Fords’ offensive MVP, with 36 catches (11 for touchdowns). Was first team All-Delco selection and first team All-Central League wide receiver.
Kevin Maloney, Haverford High — Senior linebacker and captain, a first team All-Central League selection, was the Fords’ defensive MVP, making 110 tackles, four sacks and two interceptions.
Alex Andersen, Radnor — Senior 6-foot-2, 270-pound center, a first team All-Delco and All-Central League selection, will play football for University of Pennsylvania next fall.
Dario Falcone, Radnor — Junior middle linebacker, a first team All-Delco and second team All-Central League selection, made 111 tackles (83 solo) and six sacks, including 17 in the Red Raiders’ victory against Lower Merion.
Second Team
Conestoga — Len Watson, senior center/defensive tackle; Daquan Perry, junior defensive tackle/fullback; Tim Miller, junior quarterback.
Harriton — Jordan O’Donnell, senior defensive back; Patrick Stewart, junior quarterback.
Haverford High — Sam Romanofsky, senior defensive lineman; John Kim, senior running back; Evan Boyce, junior kicker.
Radnor — John Lord, senior offensive lineman/linebacker; Jack Wilson, junior wide receiver.
Honorable Mention
Conestoga — Matt Prestipino, senior linebacker/fullback; Corey Manning, junior running back; Jack McLain, senior tight end/outside linebacker.
Haverford High — Dan Boyle, senior wide receiver; Jack Farrell, sophomore linebacker; Brian Ross, senior offensive lineman.
Lower Merion — Mike Berg, junior linebacker; Malik Ward, senior wide receiver/defensive back; Tommy Tice, junior linebacker.
Radnor — Jon Sklar, senior defensive back/wide receiver; Justin DiCarlo, junior free safety/wide receiver; Chris Leighton, senior quarterback.
